Who we are:

Team Global Network is a true global entrepreneurial coaching company,
in which experienced business people with strong coaching training and outstanding credentials have joined together in shared passion for fostering change in order to bring about exceptional success in international organizations.

We are a group of highly competent and authentic professionals who pride ourselves on our integrity. An international and intercultural group of travelers, adventurers, and risk-takers, we have chosen to take a stand for balance in our personal and professional lives. Our bases in New York, Paris, Miami and Hong Kong allow us to form an integrated network with true global knowledge, awareness and scope.

How we work:

We listen authentically and empathetically to our clients. Tapping into 80 years of collective experience, our coaching methodology is steeped in business, psychology, and energy work. We co-create original designs, placing us at the forefront of coaching. We execute according to a systemic approach, which emphasizes how the whole organization functions, as opposed to an intrinsic analysis of each part, creating breakthrough results.

The heart of our work lies in helping executives and teams approach their work and life with passion, enthusiasm and balance, enabling them to become fully engaged, physically energized and spiritually aligned. We thereby help individuals to become truly productive, to attain and even more to exceed business objectives.

DRiVE, The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us, © 2009, by Daniel Pink.

In our changing new world, a refreshing look at how to reincorporate autonomy, purpose, and mastery as essential domains to boost motivation. The old formula based on the carrot and the stick does not work anymore.

A quote from DRiVE that I liked: "The shrewdest enterprises afford employees the freedom to sculpt their jobs in ways that bring a little bit of flow to otherwise mundane duties."
